Have you had this item replaced or repaired previously?

First time repair: If this is the first time your umbrella needs repair, we will only require you to email us a photo of the damaged unit. We will validate your replacement history and send you a replacement unit.

Subsequent repair: If you have previously had your umbrella repaired or replaced, we will ask for you to send the damaged unit to us for inspection and replacement.
